Are the brown spots on my chihuahua normal?

I have a chihuahua that is about ten weeks old now. When i bought him he was fawn and white. Within a couple of weeks since i had bought him he started to develop brown spots on his body. Is this normal, is he changing his color. Should i be concerned about the spots? More on Are the brown spots on my chihuahua normal?
